Abstract:
This invention relates to a central control freezer having several remote separated refrigerators without installing a conventional compressor, condenser and evaporator in living room. In prior art, independent type refrigerators having heavy, large and complicated freezer including compressor, evaporator and condenser altogether is used in indoor, thus it has disadvantages: noisy and heat from the operation of compressor, and leaking refrigerant, expensive maintenance and manufacturing fee.A central control freezer comprising: the chill air fan installed on central freezer, and remote separated refrigerators connected with central freezer through long chill air hoses, and temperature controllers installed respectively on refrigerators.Industrial applicability: preventing noisy, heat in living room from the operation of conventional freezer and air pollution from harmful refrigerant, saving energy and maintenance fee, constructing central refrigerator system for a building with low cost, and installing for the refrigerators of train, vessel, aircraft as small light efficient cooling system.

What is claimed is:
1. A central control freezer having remote separated refrigerators without installing a conventional freezer for avoiding noisy, heat and refrigerant in a living room comprising: the chill air fan 4 installed on the chill air tank 3, and the remote separated refrigerators 14 connected with the chill air tank 3 through the main chill air hose 6 and the branch chill air hoses 7 respectively, and the temperature controller units 12 installed on the remote separated refrigerators 14 respectively, and the retrieve fan 22 installed on the chill air tank 3 through the main retrieve hose 18 and the branch retrieve hoses 17; the main chill air hose 6 and the branch chill air hoses 7 connected in the long distance between the chill air tank 3 and the remote separated refrigerators 14; the main retrieve hose 18 and the branch retrieve hoses 17connected in the long distance between the chill air tank 3 and the remote separated refrigerators 14; the chill air connectors 8 installed on the remote separated refrigerators 14, and the retrieve connector 30 installed on the remote separated refrigerators 14 respectively; the sanitary filter 24 installed on the main retrieve hose 18.

As claimed in claim 1, comprising: the temperature controller units 12 including the temperature sensor 11 and the chill air valve 13 installed on the inlet of remote separated refrigerators 14 respectively, and the pressure check valves 16 installed on the outlet of remote separated refrigerators 14 respectively, and connected with the temperature controller units 12 through the electric line 10 respectively..
3. As claimed in claim 1, comprising: the remote separated refrigerators 14 operated for cooling stuff inside of it with the chill air only supplied from the chill air tank 3.
4. As claimed in claim 1, further comprising: the remote separated refrigerators 14 operated for cooling stuff inside of it without installing a conventional freezer including a compressor, a condenser and an evaporator.
5. As claimed in claim 1, furthermore comprising : A central control freezer having remote separated refrigerators installed on a building.
6. As claimed in claim 1, furthermore comprising: A central control freezer having remote separated refrigerators installed on the means of transportation.
Description:
A CENTRAL CONTROL FREEZER HAVING REMOTE SEPARATED REFRIGERATORS Technical Field This invention relates to a central control freezer having remote separated refrigerators without installing a compressor, a condenser and an evaporator, and more particularly, a central control freezer is far connected in a long distance to the remote separated refrigerators for installing in living rooms, and a temperature inside of the remote separated refrigerators is lowered with the chill air only supplied from a central control freezer system, thus it is an object of the present invention for avoiding noisy and heat from the operation of a compressor, a condenser, and an evaporator in a living room, and for solving a unsanitary problem with leaking harmful refrigerant for public health, and for reducing an expensive maintenance fee and manufacturing cost without the lot of parts in a conventional independent refrigerators.

Background Art In prior art, an independent type refrigerator is operated with the lot of parts, which is a heavy, large and complicated freezer including a compressor, an evaporator and a condenser, altogether in a living room, thus it has lot of disadvantages: noisy and heat from the operation of a

compressor, a condenser, and an evaporator, and sanitary problem or air pollution in the case of leaking refrigerant in a living room, and expensive maintenance fee and manufacturing cost with the lot of parts, including a compressor, a condenser, and an evaporator, further a large size of volume in structure in the case of locating it in a small room, and a heavy weight in the case of moving it somewhere, furthermore it is impossible to be utilized on the means of transportation, such as a train, a vessel or an aircraft for the convenience of passenger, due to its heavy weight and large volume in structure.

Further referring to United States Patent registration No. 5,816, 068, A separate-type refrigerator on the result of searching a prior art with relation to this present invention, written as in the statements of claim in the prior arts,"an auxiliary cabinet is installed adjacent to said main cabinet, being spaced from said main cabinet by a predetermined distance, for fonning an auxiliary storage room, so that the cool air communicates between the main storage room of said main cabinet and the auxiliary storage room of said auxiliary cabinet", thus it is impossible to prevent noise and heat from operation of a compressor, a condenser and an evaporator in a living room since an auxiliary cabinet is installed adjacent to said main cabinet, furthermore comparing to United States Patent

registration No. 3,477, 243, refrigerating system, written as in the statements of claim,"vertically stacked insulated containers", also it is impossible to prevent noise and heat from operation of a compressor since the containers are stacked or the walls of refrigerators is attached, so that the object of referred prior art is not for avoiding noisy and heat from operation of a compressor in a living room but for cooling stuff inside of storage rooms or containers with controlling with a different cooling temperature, so that this present invention is obviously different with the referred prior arts as in object since noise and heat can be eliminated from the operation of an compressor, a condenser, and an evaporator in living rooms according to this present invention, but it cannot be solved according to the referred prior arts, also this present invention is obviously different with the referred prior art as in the composition of parts since the remote refrigerators are separated in a long distance for each living rooms according to this present invention, but rooms or containers are not separated enough for each living room according to the referred prior arts, further an automatic temperature control unit is installed for controlling automatically the temperature inside of a remote separated refrigerators respectively according to this present invention,

finally this present invention is obviously different with the referred prior art as in the industrial applicability since it has lot of industrial applicability: avoiding noisy, heat and air pollution from harmful refrigerant in living room due to the operation of conventional freezer, reducing maintenance fee without installing for the parts of conventional freezer, constructing the central freezing system for constructing of buildings with low cost in the field of civil engineering, and installing for refrigerators of train, vessel, aircraft with small light efficient cooling system according to this present invention.

Therefore it is obviously a different apparatus or system in a view of an object, a composition and an industrial applicability with the referred prior arts on the result of searching prior art for this present invention.

Disclosure of Invention It is an object of the present invention to provide A central control freezer having remote separated refrigerators without installing a conventional freezer for avoiding noisy, heat and refrigerant in a living room comprising: the chill air fan 4 installed on the central chill air tank 3, and the remote separated refrigerators 14 connected with the-central chill air tank 3 through the main chill air hose 6 and the branch chill air hoses 7 respectively, and the temperature controller units 12 installed on the

remote separated refrigerators 14 respectively, and the retrieve fan 22 installed on the central chill air tank 3 through the main retrieve hose 18 and the branch retrieve hoses 17; the main chill air hose 6 and the branch chill air hoses 7 connected in the long distance between the chill air tank 3 and the remote separated refrigerators 14; the main retrieve hose 18 and the branch retrieve hoses 17connected in the long distance between the chill air tank 3 and the remote separated refrigerators 14; the chill air connectors 8 installed on the remote separated refrigerators 14, and the retrieve connector 30 installed on the remote separated refrigerators 14 respectively; And the temperature controller units 12 including a temperature sensor 11 and the chill air valve 13 installed on the inlet of the remote separated refrigerators 14 respectively, and the pressure check valves 16 installed on the outlet of the remote separated refrigerators 14 respectively; the sanitary filter 24 installed on the main retrieve hose 18. further comprising: the remote separated refrigerators 14 operated for cooling stuff inside of it with the chill air only supplied from the chill air tank 3.

This invention relates to a central control freezer having remote separated refrigerators without installing a conventional compressor, condenser and evaporator in living room.

In prior art, a conventional refrigerator having heavy, large and complicated freezer including a compressor, an evaporator and a condenser altogether is operated in a living room, thus it has lot of disadvantages: noisy and heat from the operation of compressor, and unsanitary problem with leaking refrigerant, expensive maintenance and manufacturing fee for the parts of a independent freezer.

According to this present invention, it has lot of industrial applicability: avoiding noisy, heat and air pollution from harmful refrigerant in living

room due to the operation of conventional freezer, reducing maintenance fee without installing for the parts of conventional freezer, constructing the refrigerator system for buildings with low cost in the field of civil engineering, and installing for the refrigerators of train, vessel, aircraft with small light efficient cooling system.

connecting for the branch retrieve hoses 17 respectively ; the temperature controller units 12 including the temperature sensor 11. and the chill air valve 13 installed on the inlet of remote separated refrigerators 14 respectively, and the pressure check valves 16 installed on the outlet of remote separated refrigerators 14 respectively, and the pressure check valves 16 connected with the temperature controller units 12 through the electric line 10 respectively, thus the cooling temperature is automatically controlled with the temperature controller units 12; the sanitary filter 24 installed on the main retrieve hose 18 for eliminating any kind of harmful germ, bacteria produced from a foodstuff of the remote separated refrigerators 14.

Hereafter, the operation of A central control freezer system having remote separated refrigerators constructed as above according to the present invention will be described.

Referring to Fig. 1, The central freezer 2 including a compressor, a condenser and an evaporator is installed on the compartment of the central freezer system 1 for compressing and circulating the refrigerant, thus the chill air is generated, and it is charged inside of the chill air tank 3.

After the chill air is charged inside of the chill air tank 3 with the

operation of the central freezer 2, the chill air is transferred with the operation of the chill air fan 6 from the chill air tank 3 to the remote separated refrigerators 14 through the main chill air hose 6 and the branch chill air hoses 7, and then the temperature inside of the refrigerators 14 can be lowered for a predetermined temperature set with the temperature controller units 12 by exchanging heat with the chill air supplied from the chill air tank 3.

Whereas the chill air can be suitably supplied to the remote separated refrigerators 14 with the operation of the chill air cutoff valve 26 and the chill air fan 4.

As shown in FIG. 2 shows a sectional perspective view of a temperature controller according to the present invention, the chill air, which is generated by the central freezer 2, is transferred to the plurality of refrigerators 14 by the main chill air fan 4 installed on the central chill air tank 3 through the main chill air hose 6 and the branch chill air hoses 7, Thus the temperature inside of the respective refrigerators 14 can be independently automatically lowered for a predetermined temperature set with the temperature controller units 12 inside of the remote separated refrigerators 14 since the chill air can be controlled with the flow quantity of the chill air, which is passed through the chill air valve 13 of the

automatic temperature controller units 12 inside of refrigerators 14, whereas the chill air valve 13 is operated with a solenoid device on the direction of the automatic temperature controller units 12, and the pressure check valve 16 is operated with a solenoid device on the direction of the automatic temperature controller units 12.

After the temperature is raised by exchanging a heat with the stuff inside of the remote separated refrigerators 14, the chill air valve 13 is automatically opened for a predetermined temperature set with the temperature controller units 12, simultaneously the warm air is discharged out through the pressure check valve 16 installed on the outlet of the refrigerators 14 since it is opened with a raised pressure due to an increased volume of the chill air entered inside of the refrigerators 14 or it is opened with an order of the temperature controller units 12 inside of the refrigerators 14, thus the warmed air is discharged out of the refrigerators 14 through the pressure check valve 16, and then the warmed air is retrieved for preventing to waste a cooling energy in central control freezer system 1, thus the warmed air is returned to the central chill air tank 3 by the retrieve fan 22 through the branch retrieve hoses 17 and the main circulation hose 18, so that the temperature of the warmed air is lowered for a predetermined temperature again in the chill air tank 3

of the central freezer system 1, thus the temperature inside of refrigerators 14 is quietly lowered continuously again for a predetermined temperature set with the temperature control unit 12.

Further the chill air cut off valves 26 are installed on the main chill air hose 6 for interrupting to supply the chill air, so that it can be for preventing to waste a cooling energy in the central freezer system 1 when one of the remote separated refrigerators 14 is not operated or in a pause, and the branch chill air connectors 8 are installed on the remote separated refrigerators 14 connecting/disconnecting with the branch chill air hoses 7 respectively; and the retrieve connector 30 installed on the remote separated refrigerators 14 connecting/disconnecting with the branch retrieve hoses 17 each other for installing easily the remote separated refrigerator 14 on the central freezer system 1 ; The temperature controller units 12 including the temperature sensor 11 and the chill air valve 13 installed on the inlet of remote separated refrigerators 14 respectively, and the pressure check valves 16 installed on the outlet of remote separated refrigerators 14 respectively, and the pressure check valves 16 connected with the temperature controller units 12 through the electric line 10 respectively, thus the chill air valve 13 the pressure check valves 16 are automatically controlled for a predetermined

temperature set with the temperature controller units 12; When the temperature of the chill air is raised after exchanging heat with stuff inside of the remote separated refrigerator 14, the temperature of the air is sensed with the temperature sensor 11 in the temperature controller units 12, accordingly the chill air valve 13 and the pressure check valve 16 can be opened in a procedure for a predetermined temperature set with the temperature controller units 12, thus the chill air is automatically supplied for lowering the temperature inside of the remote separated refrigerator 14 from the chill air tank 3 through the chill air valve 13, also the warmed air is discharged out of the remote separated refrigerators 14 since the pressure check valve 16 is opened with a increased pressure, whereas a pressure is raised inside of the remote separated refrigerator 14 since the volume of the chill air increased inside of the remote separated refrigerator 14 having an insulated solid wall, further another procedure of the operation, the pressure valve 16 can be operated in a procedure with a solenoid device for controlling a predetermined temperature set with the memory of the temperature controller units 12 since the pressure valve 16 is connected with the temperature controller units 12 through the electric line 10, thus the temperature of the chill air is controlled for a predetermined temperature set with the temperature controller units 12 in

a procedure as an automatic feedback system.

When the temperature is over lowered inside of the remote separated refrigerator 14 for a predetermined temperature set with the memory of the temperature controller units 12, the chill air valve 13 is closed for interrupting to supply the chill air to the remote separated refrigerator 14, thus the chill air is not discharged out of the remote separated refrigerator 14 any more, since the pressure check valve 16 is closed with a spring force or with an order of the temperature controller units 12 in a procedure as an automatic feedback system, thus the chill air is not entered inside of the remote separated refrigerator 14, so that a temperature is constantly maintained for a predetermined temperature set with the temperature controller units 12, in a procedure as an automatic feedback system, inside of the remote separated refrigerators 14.

According to this present invention, the cooling temperature can be controlled easily inside of the remote separated refrigerators 14 since it can be controlled with the flow quantity of the chill air and the freezing power of the central freezer 2.

And the sanitary filter 24 is installed on the main retrieve hose 18 for eliminating any kind of harmful germ, bacteria produced from a foodstuff of the remote separated refrigerators 14 for avoiding an unsanitary

problem; Further comprising: according to this present invention, the remote separated refrigerators 14 are operated for cooling stuff inside of it with the chill air only supplied from the chill air tank 3 for avoiding a noisy and a waste heat in a living room.

Further comprising: according to this present invention, the remote separated refrigerators 14 are operated for cooling stuff inside of it without installing a conventional cooling system including a compressor, a condenser and an evaporator for avoiding heavy weight, large size of volume, and complicated mechanical structure in a living room.

Furthermore comprising: according to this present invention, A central control freezer having remote separated refrigerators is installed as an efficient central control cooling system on a building including a hotel, a motel, an apartment, a school and an office et al.

Furthermore comprising: according to this present invention, A central control freezer having remote separated refrigerators is installed as an efficient central control cooling system on the means of transportation including a train, a vessel, and an aircraft for the convenience of passengers with its small light simple structure.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY It has lot of industrial advantages, comprising: for avoiding noisy and heat due to the operation of a compressor, a condenser and an evaporator altogether in a living room, and for preventing air pollution or unsanitary <BR> <BR> environmental problem due to leaking of harmful refrigerant, , and<BR> reducing maintenance fee and constructing cost with installing the central<BR> zu freezing system on a building including a hotel, a motel, an apartment, a <BR> <BR> school and an offices et al. , furthermore for installing central freezer system on means of transportation including a train, a vessel, and anK aircraft for the convenience of passengers with its small light efficient cooling system.

Finally it is very helpful for the preservation of the green earth with restricting the waste of energy and natural resource in the manufacturing process of independent type refrigerators including a compressor, a condenser and evaporator.
