Abstract:
A central management device is provided which can acquire equipment information on a mobile terminal without operating the mobile terminal. The central management device is provided with an equipment information storage unit which stores equipment information which is information relating to equipment provided in a building, and a communication unit which transmits to a mobile terminal the equipment information stored in the equipment information storage unit when a specific operation has been detected by a device other than the mobile terminal. By providing this feature, it is possible to acquire equipment information with a mobile terminal without operating the mobile terminal.
