Abstract:
A central node includes order correction means for performing reordering according to
a sequence number transmitted from a handover origin base station or a handover destination
base station according to a handover of a mobile station and continuously allocated
in the handover origin base station and the handover destination base station.
The base station includes: sequence number allocation means for allocating a
continuous sequence number for a user data packet transmitted from a mobile station;
and transmission means for transmitting the user data packet for which a sequence
number has been continuously allocated, to the central node.
