Claims:
CLAIMS

1- A communication and logistics system characterized by providing communication between a user (1) and a central unit (3) that presents a product (1) to a user, characterized in that the central unit (3) is a communication and logistics system carrying the product requested by the user (1) to meet the demand of the user (1); through the product application (4) using the application (100) loaded in the mobile device (2), determining (200) the nearest central unit (3) of the requested product or service, allowing the user (1) to place orders and make payment (300) through the product application (4) by determining the location (400) by means of the GPS module (5) located on the mobile unit (2) communicating with the central unit (3) of the logistics module (500) that could be mounted or demounted to the central unit (3) to get the location (500) of the user (1) by leaving the central unit (3) with the location information received from the central unit (3) including processing steps (600) of delivering the product or service.

2- According to claim 1, it is a central unit (3) characterized in a communication and logistic system that said logistic module (6) returns to the central unit (3) to be charged. 3- According to any of the preceding claims, it is a central unit (3) characterized in a communication and logistics system wherein said user (1) is able to proceed to go to the said central unit (2) for shopping needs.

4- According to any of the preceding claims, it is a central unit (3) characterized in a communication and logistics system, performs the transporting operation of the said logistic module (6).

5- The invention characterized as a system and method for providing a communication between a central unit (3) and a user (1) providing a product to a user (1) in a faster and a more productive way by communicating to communication and logistics facility, that is used through the loaded application (4) of at least one mobile device (2) in which the user (1) can reach the nearest central unit (3) and a GPS module (5) located on said mobile unit (2)locating the requested product or service and be able to order the requested product or service and can perform mobile payment, (3) determining the location of said user (1) located on said central unit (3) and a position which is situated on said central unit (3) having at least one logistics module which has a demountable characteristic and (6) carrying the product or service to the user (1)

6- According to claim 3 it is characterized as a communication and logistics system, where the said logistic module(6) having a cooling feature.

7- According to claim 3 and 4, it is characterized as a communication and logistics system where the said central unit (3) is a refrigerated cabinet.

CENTRAL UNIT COMMUNICATION AND LOGISTIC SYSTEM AND

ASSEMBLY

Technical Field:

Invention is about a central unit of communication and logistic system that communicates with the users to provide a faster and more productive communication with the central unit by delivering the user requests to the central unit to deliver the product to the user.

Known State of Technique:

Today there are different methods being used during shopping. For consumers who benefit from the products or services they need to do their shopping with different options such as one-on-one shopping, internet shopping, etc., convenience time and ease are of great importance.

Nowadays people do not want to spend a lot of time and need practical solution for shopping.

Using mobile devices such as computers, phones, and tablets is the most preferred form of shopping. Even though the ordering takes shorter time, the biggest problem experienced in such purchases is the length of time to get the product to the consumer.

Similarly, consumers sometimes encounter problems when a product sent to them is not the one that ordered or not as it is seen on the internet or desired size or number.

One side of the definition of shopping is the consumer, while the other side is the institution or organization that provides the product or service. The production side could face problems with the marketing and delivery of products or services to the target group.

Since there is no system that can provide instant access to the target mass of the products, the advertising and marketing activities are performed in a general manner, which is not only a goal-oriented work but also increases the cost of advertising and marketing activities.

Likewise, similar problems are encountered when presenting the products in the refrigerated cabinets to the user. Particularly in coastal areas, users who sunbathe by the sea are required to buy products that they want to consume at the moment and need to go a certain distance away. Sometimes it is necessary to go back without getting the desired product because the consumer does not have information about whether the requested products are in the place where the refrigerated cabinet is located or not, which causes both time loss and consumer dissatisfaction.

In the literature, as of in the patent application TR 201 1/06538, it is stated that " In the online sales environment, buyers can divide the product service with the participation of other buyers, can make assignments for purchasing purposes, the present invention relates generally to the system; there is a user interface, a user information form in the user interface, a product / service information form, a participant identification form, a product identification interface associated with the user interface, a main server connected to the internet via internet exchange, non-internet purchase identification command, participant interface participant approval form embedded in participant interface, built-in internet identification with purchase command participant's invitation interface, the internet interface with the payment identification and payment interface and the payment identification and payment interface connected with the participant interface again, the participant authentication form embedded in the participant interface, the participant's invitation interface, Is composed of the payment center linked to the payment center".

The mentioned application refers to a system that enables sales on the internet. In the literature, as of in the patent application TR 2014/02331, refers to the subject application as follows: "In a shopping center where products with barcodes are sold, customers can purchase the products they want to buy without the need of a company employee (cashier) through "Shopping Machine" which operates by installing cable from all the necessary equipments for the use of the place more efficiently and by means of a machine made from any material having front, back and side arms that the company can reach with keys when necessary, to have the unit prepare the paid products instantly on-line by encrypted data sharing. If customer wants to pay by bank / credit card, customer's mobile phone is added for security measures. By having the customers make their purchases through the shopping machine, the personnel costs would be reduced, the products would not be opened from their original cases and carried to a show room and these cost reductions will be reflected to the consumer as discounts and convenience." In the mentioned application, a shopping machine used in shopping centers is mentioned.

For the reasons mentioned above, there is a need for innovation in the shopping and logistics system between the consumer and the central unit.

Purpose of Invention:

From this point of view, the objective of the invention is; to establish a communication and logistic system which eliminates the existing disadvantages.

Another object of the invention is; to establish a system that allows for faster shopping. The other object of the invention is; to create a system that allows the consumer to purchase the desired product or service. The other object of the invention is; to establish a system that enables the manufacturer to sell to the target group.

The other object of the invention is; to eliminate the unnecessary advertising and marketing costs for the manufacturer.

Another object of the invention is; to provide a system which enables to make shopping much easier for the consumer.

Another object of the invention is; to provide a system which enables the consumer to reach the desired product in the shortest time possible.

Another object of the invention is to provide a system that avoids waste of time and consumer dissatisfaction due to the inability of the consumer to find the requested product.

Detailed Description of Invention:

In this detailed description, the innovation of the invention is explained only by examples which will not have any limiting effect for better understanding of the subject.

The invention is characterized as a communication and logistics system to the user (1) by relating to a central unit (3) for faster and more productive communication between the central unit (3) and the user (1) through mobile device (2)of a product application(4)(100) wherein the mobile device (2) detects (200) the nearest central unit (3) of the requested product or service, wherein the user (1) places an order on the product application (4) (300) is provided by the central unit (3) via the GPS module (5) located on the mobile device (2).

The invention provides for a faster and more productive communication by providing communication between the central unit (3) and the user (1) which presents the product to the user (1) by the central unit (3) carrying the product or service requested by the user (1) to meet the demand is characterized by communication and logistics facility; At least one mobile device (2) from which said user (1) can reach the nearest central unit (3) information of the requested product or service, can order the requested product or service and can make mobile payment, in order to enable the user (1) to determine the location of said central unit (3) and a GPS module (5) located on the mobile device (2) and said central unit (3), having a demounting feature, and being movable in the direction of said user (6) that carries the product or service through the location information received from the central unit (3). Said user (1) is entering (100) the product application (4) installed in the mobile device (2) in order to receive the product requested from the current location. The GPS module (5), which is located in said mobile device (2) subsequent to its entry, communicates with the central unit (3) to communicate with the nearest central unit (3) (200).

The user (1) determines the products he wishes to purchase in the product application (4) in which the products contained in said central unit (3) are listed. Said user (1) orders the product to be purchased over the product application (4) and performs the mobile payment transaction (300). Said central unit (3) locates (400) the user (1) via the GPS module (5) located on the mobile device (2).

The logistics module(6), which is located on said central unit (3) and has a demountable structure, goes to the position by leaving the central unit (500) where the user (1) is positioned with the position information received by said central unit (3),

The said logistics module (6) presents the product or service requested by said user (1 ) (600). Thus, the user (1) could have the product or service requested without leaving his place. Said logistics module (6) returns to said central unit to be charged (3) after carrying out the delivery process.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the logistics module (6) can function as a cooler and can be used for transport purposes as well

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the central unit (3) is a refrigerating cabinet.

In a further preferred embodiment of the invention said user (1) could go to the central unit (3) to do the shopping transaction.
