Abstract:
A centralized management device for controlling the operation of a plurality of cooling air conditioners, the centralized management device having a temperature detection unit for detecting the temperature within a room, wherein the centralized management device is provided with: a storage means for storing the installation positions of the cooling air conditioners; a threshold assessment means for assessing whether or not the difference between the room-interior temperature detected by the temperature detection unit and a set temperature set in a cooling air conditioner exceeds an abnormal threshold temperature; and a position specification unit for specifying, on the basis of the installation positions of the cooling air conditioners as stored by the storage means, the position at which a temperature abnormality has occurred when the difference is assessed by the threshold assessment means to exceed the abnormal threshold temperature.
