Abstract:
A centralized voltage control device (8) is connected through a communication network to a plurality of local voltage control devices for controlling respective voltage control devices connected to a distribution line of a distribution line system and controlling the voltages of the distribution line. The centralized voltage control device (8) is provided with: a voltage distribution determination unit (24) for calculating, on the basis of the measured value of voltage at each point of the distribution line, the controlled variable of each of first voltage control devices that are voltage control devices to be controlled among the plurality of voltage control devices; a tap position determination unit (25) for generating, on the basis of the controlled variable, a command value that is given to each of the plurality of local voltage control devices; and a control state determination unit (26) for determining whether or not each of the plurality of voltage control devices is a second voltage control device that is a voltage control device not controlled according to the command value and setting the plurality of voltage control devices as the first voltage control devices except for the second voltage control devices.
