Abstract:
A centralized voltage control device (8) according to the present invention is connected, via a communication network, to a plurality of local voltage control devices respectively controlling a plurality of voltage control machines that are connected to a power distribution line of a power distribution system and control the voltage on the power distribution line, the centralized voltage control device (8) comprising: a voltage distribution determination unit (23) for calculating a control amount for each of the plurality of voltage control machines on the basis of a measured value for the voltage at each measurement point on the power distribution line and an appropriate voltage range for each measurement point; and a tap position determination unit (24) for issuing a command value to each of the plurality of local voltage control devices on the basis of the control amount. At least a portion of the appropriate voltage range for each measurement point is determined on the basis of an estimated value for a change in the voltage in a segment of the power distribution line for which the voltage is not measured.
