Title:
CENTRIFUGAL CARBON MAGNETIC HEAT GENERATING APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/262753
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a centrifugal carbon magnetic heat generating apparatus, comprising: a secondary tank (200) which is connected, via a pipe (50) and a circulation pump (60), to a water supply means (10) for supplying a fluid in order to heat and store introduced water and supply stored hot water to a a place for using hot water; a primary tank (100) which is connected so as to receive the heated hot water from the secondary tank (200), maintains the temperature of the hot water accommodated therein, and is connected so as to supply the hot water to a place for using heating; a heat generating unit (300) which heats hot water introduced and recovered from the primary tank (100) and recovers the heated hot water to the primary tank (100); and a control unit (400) which controls the overall operation of the water supply means (10), the circulation pump (60), the primary and secondary tanks (100, 200), and the heat generating unit (300). The heat generating unit (300) comprises: a motor (310) having a rotation shaft (311) connected in both directions; a cylindrical housing (320) into which the rotation shaft (311) of the motor (310) is inserted and which has a circular bracket (312) coupled to the outer side thereof; a coupling (330) coupled to a key groove (313) of the rotation shaft (311) via a key (314), as a member coupled to the outer periphery of the rotation shaft (311) protruding into the cylindrical housing (320); a centrifugal rotating disk (340) in which magnets (341) having N and S poles are alternately arranged at equal intervals on the outer periphery thereof, as a disc-shaped member coupled to the outer periphery of the coupling (330); a support member (350) which supports so as to prevent falling to the other side of the centrifugal rotating disk (340) of which one side is fixed to the outer periphery of the coupling (330), as a disk-shaped member coupled via a bolt (99) to a center hole (315) of the rotation shaft (311) located on the inner periphery of the coupling (330); a coil pipe (360) installed at a predetermined distance from the plurality of magnets (341), as a pipe wound in the circumferential direction around the outer periphery of the centrifugal rotating disk (340); a cover member (380) which covers the cylindrical housing (320) from the outside thereof; and a plurality of outer magnet bodies (370) in which magnets (371) having N poles and S poles are alternately attached at equal intervals to the inner periphery of the cylindrical housing (320) via a fastening member. As such, the present invention can maximize heat exchange efficiency of a boiler, maintain a constant temperature of hot water contained in a tank for a long time so as to supply the hot water to a place for using hot water, and minimize energy consumption and power consumption, and thus is eco-friendly and reduces manufacturing and installation costs.
