Abstract:

A centrifugal casting device (10) is provided with a mold holder (14) mounted on a rotatable rotary table (12), and a mold (16) held while being put in the mold holder. The mold holder comprises a closed-end cylindrical mold holder body (18) formed by a metallic material, heat insulating members (26, 28) provided on the inner peripheral surface and bottom surface of the mold holder body, and mold positioning members (34, 36) provided so as to protrude on the heat insulating member on the bottom surface of the mold holder body, and the mold comprises a mold body (44) having a cavity in which molten metal is poured, and a mold stand (46) provided to the mold body and having mold positioning member insertion holes that are engageable with the mold positioning members.
