Abstract:
The centrifugal concentrator for bulk materials has a working unit in the form of a rotating basin (3) connected to a drive (2) by a flexible element (4). The concentrator has limiting elements for limiting the angle of inclination of the basin (1), with an aperture (5) around the edge of which the basin rolls on part of its own surface (6) as it rotates. The angle of inclination of the basin can be constantly adjusted during rotation by appropriate selection of the configuration of the surfaces (5 and 6). The design ensures effective loosening of the material and improves the degree of concentration achieved.
