Abstract:
The centrifugal force-based multilayer toothed gear automatic transmission comprises an output shaft (1), a return spring (3), an internal gear ring (4), an internal gear ring sleeve (5), an intermediate gear (6), a driving gear (7), an input shaft (9), top grooves (23, 25), a first top surface (24), top balls (30, 31, 32), a top spring (33) and a top bevel (53), wherein the input shaft (9) drives the driving gear (7) to rotate, the driving gear (7) meshes with the intermediate gear (6); three types of external gear rings are arranged on the intermediate gear (6); the internal gear ring (4) has three internal gear rings; the outer gear ring and the inner gear ring form three transmission ratios, the inner gear ring (4) drives the output shaft (1) to rotate; the rotation of the output shaft (1) causes the top balls (30,31,32) to generate centrifugal forces which result in contact of the top balls (30,31,32) with the top bevel (53) in the sleeve and movement of the inner gear ring (4) on the output shaft (1); the return spring is for restoring, and the internal gear ring (4) is restored by the return spring (3) when the output shaft (1) does not rotate. In the invention, the function of automatic change of transmission ratio of the input shaft (9) and the output shaft (1) is realized via a mechanical structure, after the rotation speed of the output shaft (1) is changed, which has strong practicability.
