Abstract:
Provided are: a centrifugal forming mold in which shape defects on the inner peripheral edge of a cylindrical body end surface can be found easily; and a method for manufacturing a cylindrical body using the centrifugal forming mold. This centrifugal forming mold 10A has a tubular mold main body 11 for forming a cylindrical body 1A by centrifugal forming, and a seal plate 32 that closes an opening of the mold main body 11, wherein recess parts 32a, for forming protruding parts 2 along an inner peripheral edge 1i of the cylindrical body 1A that has been formed, are provided on the inner surface of the seal plate 32 at equal radial positions with respect to the center of the seal plate 32. A resin R is injected into the centrifugal forming mold 10A to form the cylindrical body 1A by centrifugal forming.
