Abstract:
A centrifugal impeller machining feature recognition method, comprising the following steps: first, obtaining topological information and a TAG value of a three-dimensional solid model, and extracting attributes of each seed surface of a centrifugal impeller model according to the information; second, defining features meeting centrifugal impeller machining requirements; third, formulating a corresponding recognition rule and recognition method according to machining features and structural characteristics of the centrifugal impeller, and converting same into a feature recognition algorithm program; fourth, completing recognition of simple machining features such as an impeller plane and a center hole by determining the type of the seed surface; and fifth, performing search and recognition on an impeller hub, a group of adjacent blade features, the seed surface thereof, and the number of blade groups on the basis of the formulated recognition rule, and extracting geometrical information of the features. The method has the advantages of high feature recognition efficiency and high accuracy.
