[Solution] A centrifugal-pendulum-type vibration absorption device (10) constitutes a motion-starting device (1) together with a damper mechanism (8) that includes: a plurality of rotating elements including a drive member (81) connected to an engine via a lock-up clutch (9) and a driven member (83) connected to a transmission; and a first and second coil spring (SP1, SP2) that transmit torque between the drive member (81) and the driven member (83). The centrifugal pendulum-type vibration absorption device includes a support member (11) that rotates as a single unit with the driven member (83) of the damper mechanism (8) and a mass body (12) that is supported by the support member (11) so as to be able to oscillate freely, and is designed so as to have an effective degree greater than the degree of vibration which is generated by the engine and which is to be damped, by a correction quantity related to the hysteresis of the damper mechanism (8).
