Abstract:
Provided is a centrifugal pump mechanical-seal cleaning mechanism; a centrifugal pump comprises a pump body (1) and a rotor (2); an annular cavity (3) used for placing a mechanical seal is disposed between the pump body (1) and the two ends of the rotor (2); the cleaning mechanism comprises two passageways (1a) disposed in the pump body (1) and a four-way pipe (4) disposed outside the pump body (1); the four-way pipe (4) comprises four end parts (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d): left, right, upper, and lower; one end of the passageways (1a) is in communication with the annular cavity (3); the left and right end parts (4c, 4d) are in communication with the other end of the two passageways (1a) by means of the pipe body (5); the lower end part (4b) is in communication with the inner cavity of the pump body (1); a rod-shaped filter member (6) is disposed in the upper end part (4a); the upper end part of the filter member (6) protrudes from the upper end part (4a), and the lower end of the filter member (6) extends into the lower end part (4b); the filter member (6) and the upper end part (4a) are detachably connected by means of a screw thread; a first annular blocking part (6a) is integrally formed on the outer wall of the lower end part of the filter member (6), and the first annular blocking part (6a) is densely covered with first filtration holes (6a1) running therethrough; the bottom wall of the filter member (6) is integrally formed with a cone (6b) whose diameter gradually decreases downwardly; the cone (6b) and the filter member (6) are arranged coaxially. By means of the described arrangement, damage to the mechanical seal is prevented.
