Abstract:

A centrifugal pump (100) comprises a pump housing (1), a heating device (22), a flow guide member (3) and an impeller (4). The pump housing (1) is provided with a heating chamber (11) and a pump chamber (12) in communication with the heating chamber (11) therein. The pump housing (1) is provided with an inlet (130) in communication with the heating chamber (11) and an outlet (140) in communication with the pump chamber (12) thereon. The heating device (22) is disposed on the pump housing (1). The flow guide member (3) is disposed within the heating chamber (11). The flow guide member (3) in the heating chamber (11) defines spreading flow channels guiding fluids entering from the inlet (130) to spread radially outwards along the heating device (22) and concentrating flow channels guiding the spread fluids to concentrate radially inwards along the heating device (22) to the pump chamber (12). The impeller (4) is disposed within the pump chamber (12) and guides the fluids concentrated in the pump chamber (12) to the outlet (140). The centrifugal pump structure is compact and small-sized, thus having a high space utilization rate and also good hydraulic performance.
