Abstract:
This regulator device opens and closes the blinds by means of an interconnection part that is connected to electrical fan unit. The base part is connected to main body (12) with the help of shaft arms (14, 15, 26, 26a). The shaft (13) provides the movement th at is connected to the main body (12) by fixed supporting arms of main body (12). There are rollers (20) on the shaft and the gravity masses (16) are connected to the arms (14, 15). The fixed right and left supporting arms (26, 26a) connected to the shaft (13) and the main body (12) provide opening the blinds.

CLAIMS
1. This regulator device opens and closes the blinds by means of an interconnection part that is connected to electrical fan unit. The base part is connected to main body (12) with the help of shaft arms (14,15,26,26 a). The shaft (13) provides the movement that is connected to the main body (12) by fixed supporting arms of main body (12). There are rollers (20) on the shaft and the gravity masses (16) are connected to the arms (14,15). The fixed right and left supporting arms (26,26 a) connected to the shaft (13) and the main body (12) provides opening the blinds.
2. The mechanism according to claim 1 is characterized in that there are the main body (12), and the shaft (13) bearing on the body, the pivoted (21) supporting arms (26) on the right and left of the body that form unity with the body (12).
3. The mechanism according to claim 1 is characterized in that there are the main body (12) and shaft (13) bearing connected to it, the roller (20) on the shaft (13), and right and left supporting arms (26 a) connected to the shaft.
4. The mechanism according to claim 1 is characterized in that there are the main body (12) and rivet (21) arms (14,15) working between fixed arms (26,26a) that is pivoted (21) to the shaft (13).
5. The mechanism according to claim 1 is characterized in that there are gravity masses (16) on pivoted (21) connection arms (14,15) that works between fixed arms (26,26 a).
Description:
DESCRIPTION Centrifugal regulator that serves to open and close the blinds of the electric fan unit The new invention is used in the ventilation and cooling of the catle stabtes and of vegetable and mushroom hothouses, etc. It is also used in clearing away the gas, smoke, dust, or stink in the factories, workshops, etc.

The control element is called as REGULATOR in order to fix a physical magnitude in the present centrifugal regulators. Regulators are devices that are used to fix the revolutions per minute in the mechanic machines. Generally, regulators run mechanically but also can include other elements (hydrolic, electronic, etc.). For example, when the revolutions per minute arises, the quantity of gas, steam or water is reduced by a valve with the effect of regulator and the number of the revolutions is reduced. If the number of the revolutions per minute decrases, the reverse procedure is treated. Mostly, regulators start the control mechanism that will continue the procedure, for example, they start up a servo-motor and provide opening and closing of the valves hydrolically.

If a regulator works depending on the change in the centrifugal force, it is called as centrifugal regulator. There are olso other types of regulators. While the regulator shaft is revolving in a fixed revolution in the centrifugal regulator, centrifugal masses, which rotate together with the regulator shaft, keep their open positions from revolving axis. The gravity or spring force prevents them to open wider. When the angular acceleration increases, the masses are opened wider by the effect of the centrifugal force, thus they lift up the gravity or press the spring. The vertical movement obtained by this way is used to commend or to control. In case the angular acceleration decreases, similar effects may happen.

The centrifugal regulator, which is the subject of the invention, opens the blinds of the axial fans automatically; closing the blinds occur with the help of their gravity.

The invention ventilizes and cools the places in the most effective way.

The centrifugal regulator that is subject of the invention runs by means of main body (12) and the movement transmission function of the shaft (13) in the shaft bearing that is designed in pipe form and by means of the arms connected to shaft. The unity of the shaft bearing with the shaft that procures the transmisson of the movement and rotating the parts in their places provides moving the parts regularly. Thus, the blinds are opened and closed regularly and the noise is prevented.

The system of the fan regulator works by means of the main body (12), fixed supporting left and rigth arms that form unity together with the body, shaft bearing, teft and right arms connecting to the shaft and by means of opening and closing of the shaft arms that the gravity is connected and that take place between the connected fixed arms to the shaft. The regulator is simplified in this design and the axis flow caused by working of the fan with the shaft system is prevented thus, deformation of the regulator is prevented and is provided to work the regulator silently.

In the following, the parts of the invention is presented in detail referring to the figures attached.

Figure 1 shows the closed position of the blades when the fan is affixed to the system.

Figure 2 shows the open position of the blades when the fan is affixed to the system.

Figure 3 shows the profile view of the system when it is closed.

Figure 4 shows the profile view of the system when it is open.

Figure 5 shows the profile top view of the system with the 4 mounted gravitation masses.

Figure 6 shows the profile top view of the system with the 3 mounted gravitation masses.

Fixed supporting arms connected to the shaft The system, which consist of main body (12) and shaft bearing connected to the body, transforms the movement created by the rotating of the blind (5) around the blade hoop bolt (11) to vertical movement in the centrifugal system with the help of the shaft (13) that is moving in the body (12) and the roller (20) connected to the shaft (13).

The gravity masses (16) that provide this movement form the repulsive power depending on time, depending on the angel between short arm (15) and gravity masses in the rotation axis in the vertical plane. This power is transmitted to the system shaft (13) with the help of short arm (15), then to the roller (20), to the main connection bar (19), to the inter connection bar (18) and to the blinds (2).
