Abstract:
A centrifugal separation container for recovering a suspension of cells which contains a cell population from which unnecessary components have been removed by efficiently cleaning the cell population. A centrifugal separation container (1) is provided with a tubular container body (2) for containing a suspension of cells and rotated with a bottom section (2a) directed outward radially, a supernatant suction pipe (4) having a first opening (4a) which is located in the container body (2) at a position in the middle in the depth direction of the container body (2) and radially sucking a supernatant obtained by centrifugally separating the suspension of cells, and a cleaning liquid discharge pipe (3) having a second opening (3a) which is located in the container body (2) at a position in the middle in the depth direction of the container body (2) and axially discharging a cleaning liquid toward the bottom section (2a) of the container body (2).
