Abstract:

It is sensed whether or not a barrel lid is secured. A centrifuge barrel polisher (A) comprises a plurality of rotating tanks (50) that rotate in a planetary manner, barrel lids (26) that can be attached to and detached from the rotating tanks (50), and a plurality of clamp shafts (32) provided so as to be separate from the plurality of rotating tanks (50) and so as to rotate integrally with the rotating tanks (50). The clamp shafts (32) are capable of being displaced between a secured state in which the barrel lids (26) are secured to the rotating tanks (50) and an unsecured state in which the barrel lids (26) are no longer secured. A first sensing means (40) senses whether or not the rotating tanks (50) are positioned within a sensing area (D) on a path of revolution of the rotating tanks (50), and a second sensing means (43) senses whether or not the clamp shafts (32) of the rotating tanks (50) positioned in the sensing area (D) are displaced to the secured state.
