Abstract:
A centrifuge tube filtering apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a centrifuge tube which accommodates a liquid sample and comprises a lid at an end; at least one porous membrane disposed in the centrifuge tube at a cross-section crossing the extension direction of the centrifuge tube; and a restoring force application unit which is disposed at the other end of the centrifuge tube and provides the liquid sample with the restoring force. The liquid sample comprises first particles, each having a size greater than a pore in the porous membrane, and second particles, each having a size smaller than the pore in the porous membrane. The second particles move from one side to the other side of the porous membrane due to the centrifugal force. When the centrifugal force is reduced, the restoring force application unit removes the first particles blocking the pores of the porous membrane.
