Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a ceramic atomization core, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof, belonging to the technical field of atomization. In the present invention, by means of reducing the metal content of the ceramic atomization core, the effect of reducing the output of harmful substances is achieved; moreover, by means of defining a preparation method for a porous ceramic material, controlling the particle size of a ball milling material by means of ball milling and using paraffin as a pore forming agent, dewaxing occurs in the process of first sintering, the pores and porosity of the porous ceramic material are controlled, and the prepared porous ceramic material has pores of 25-35 μm and porosity of 40-70%, such that the circulation of an e-liquid is improved, and the service life of the ceramic atomization core is not affected under the condition of reducing the metal content.
