Abstract:
The ceramic bonded body according to the present disclosure is provided with a first substrate, a second substrate, a bonding layer positioned between the first substrate and the second substrate, and a coating layer covering the bonding layer and positioned over the first substrate and the second substrate. The first substrate and the second substrate comprise aluminum nitride-based ceramic. The bonding layer and the coating layer contain at least aluminum, calcium, yttrium and oxygen. Out of 100 mass% of all of the components configuring the bonding layer and the coating layer respectively, the aluminum is at least 21 mass% in terms of oxide, the calcium is at least 21 mass% in terms of oxide, and the total of the aluminum and the calcium is at least 86 mass% in terms of oxide. The coating layer has a higher content amount of yttrium in terms of oxide than does the bonding layer.
