Abstract:
The present invention relates to a ceramic coating heat cooker having an enamel coating layer and, more specifically, to a ceramic coating heat cooker having an enamel coating layer and having: an enamel coating layer formed in a heat cooker made of iron; and a ceramic coating layer formed on the outer surface thereof, thereby improving an IH function according to the use of an iron material and reducing cooking and food preparation time according to the improvement, having cost reduction and reusable effects due to the strength, usability, and inexpensive price of the cooker, implementing a far-infrared radiation function by using an enamel coating layer, and being capable of improving a nonstick property while improving the taste of food to be cooked (for example, delicious rice in the case of a rice cooker) and a storage period thereof according to the far-infrared radiation function.
