Abstract:
This invention provides a ceramic composite for phototransformation having
a structure comprising two or more oxide phases which have been entangled continuously
and three-dimensionally mutually, at least one of the oxide phases being formed
of a solidification product which is a crystal phase capable of emitting fluorescence,
characterized in that the interface length between the oxide phases per mm2
of the plane in the ceramic composite for phototransformation is not less than
150 mm and not more than 1500 mm.
