Title:
CERAMIC COMPOSITION
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/157023
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a novel ceramic composition which exhibits a high relative permittivity. [Solution] A ceramic composition which is composed of unit lattices having at least two crystal structures selected from among monocline, tetragon, orthorhombus and rhombohedron, characterized in that when the crystal structures are represented by Glazer's notation for symmetry, namely xn1yn2zn3, n1, n2 and n3 are either at least one selected from between + and -, or at least two selected from among 0, + and -. Thus, a novel ceramic composition which exhibits a high relative permittivity can be obtained.
