Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a ceramic green sheet that has excellent adhesion during pressure bonding and is unlikely to undergo delamination, and to provide a ceramic green sheet such that a coated sheet obtained by coating said ceramic green sheet with a conductive paste of choice exhibits excellent adhesion during pressure bonding and is unlikely to undergo delamination. [Solution] A ceramic green sheet in which, when conducting secondary ion analysis on at least one surface of the ceramic green sheet using a time-of-flight secondary ion analysis device, the ratio (Ba+ ion intensity)/(Ti+ ion intensity) of the detected Ba+ ion intensity to the detected Ti+ ion intensity satisfies 20<(Ba+ ion intensity)/(Ti+ ion intensity)<1000.
