Abstract:
A ceramic implant laser processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention for processing the surface of a ceramic implant comprises: a support stand which rotatably supports the ceramic implant in a first direction parallel to the central axis of the ceramic implant; a femtosecond laser generator which generates first femtosecond laser beams having a first beam width at a femtosecond period; a beam expander which changes the beam width of the first femtosecond laser beams generated from the femtosecond laser generator to output second femtosecond laser beams having a second beam width; a scanner head provided above the support stand and outputting the second femtosecond laser beams onto the surface of the ceramic implant; an optical fiber connected between the beam expander and the scanner head and transmitting the second femtosecond laser beams from the beam expander to the scanner head; a scan unit which is provided in the scanner head and controls an irradiation position of the second femtosecond laser beams in the first direction; and a control unit for controlling the beam expander and the scan unit according to the period and width of grooves to be processed in the ceramic implant.
