Abstract:
A ceramic joined body having a first aluminum-oxide-based sintered compact, a second aluminum-oxide-based sintered compact, an aluminum-oxide-based joint layer positioned between the first aluminum-oxide-based sintered compact and the second aluminum-oxide-based sintered compact, and an aluminum-oxide-based protruding part connected to the aluminum-oxide-based joint layer, the mean diameter of closed pores of the aluminum-oxide-based protruding part being 0.8 to 1.5 times the mean diameter of closed pores of each of the first aluminum-oxide-based sintered compact and the second aluminum-oxide-based sintered compact.
