Abstract:
A ceramic powder formula and a manufacturing process therefor. The ceramic powder comprises: a first pug with 11.25 parts by weight of water and 45 parts by weight of a dry material, a second pug with 12.32 parts by weight of water and 45 parts by weight of a dry material, a first stone material with 7.90 parts by weight of water and 200 parts by weight of a dry material, a second stone material with 4.10 parts by weight of water and 160 parts by weight of a dry material, a third stone material with 3.82 parts by weight of water and 85 parts by weight of a dry material, a first soil material with 2.67 parts by weight of water and 100 parts by weight of a dry material, a second soil material with 2.39 parts by weight of water and 80 parts by weight of a dry material, a third soil material with 8.92 parts by weight of water and 110 parts by weight of a dry material, green coke with 3.65 parts by weight of water and 90 parts by weight of a dry material, an edge abrasive for a ceramic edge with 3.67 parts by weight of water and 20 parts by weight of a dry material, broken particles of a ceramic tile brick with 5.51 parts by weight of water and 40 parts by weight of a dry material, and polishing waste powders with 1.54 parts by weight of water and 15 parts by weight of a dry material.
