Abstract:
A ceramic projection lamp is provided, which includes: a discharge vessel (1), electrode tubes (2) set at two ends of the discharge vessel, and an electrode assembly (3) extended into the discharge vessel through the electrode tubes. The discharge vessel (1) and the electrode tubes (2) are made of a material of transparent ceramic. An airtight seal is formed between the electrode assembly (3) and the electrode tubes through solder and the discharge vessel is filled with mercury. The electrode tube includes an inner tube portion and a welding groove which are connected with each other. The inner tube portion is near the discharge vessel, the welding groove is arranged at the end face and the inner diameter of the welding groove is larger than that of the inner tube portion. An airtight seal of the discharge vessel is obtained by filling the welding groove with solder. The ceramic projection lamp of the present invention has high luminous efficiency and good sealing performance.
