Abstract:
The present invention relates to a ceramic substrate unit and a method for producing same, the ceramic substrate unit comprising: a ceramic substrate; an upper metal layer adhered to the upper surface of the ceramic substrate and configured for mounting of a semiconductor chip; a wiring unit adhered to the upper surface of the upper metal layer, and comprising an insulating layer and an electrode layer disposed on the insulating layer; and a heat sink adhered to the lower surface of the ceramic substrate. The electrode layer of the wiring unit connects to a semiconductor chip to establish wiring therebetween.
