Abstract:
The present application discloses a CEST magnetic resonance analysis method based on a permuted random forest, and an apparatus, wherein the method comprises: obtaining a tested CEST magnetic resonance image and voxel labels in a lesion area and in a non-lesion area; inputting the Z spectrum and the voxel label of each voxel in the CEST magnetic resonance image into a pre-trained permuted random forest model to obtain the importance of each saturation frequency offset; according to the importance of the saturation frequency offsets, determining the contribution to lesion classification of all of the saturation frequency offsets in the CEST magnetic resonance image. It is thus possible to provide robust explanations regarding the contribution of metabolism-related frequency offset signals to lesion classification and also regarding accurate segmentation of lesion areas.
