Abstract:
The present invention relates to a chain inspection system of a horizontal ambulation device. A chain inspection system of a horizontal ambulation device according to the present invention comprises: a motor drive unit comprising a motor for driving the horizontal ambulation device, a drive gear for transferring the driving force of the motor to each unit, and a drive chain, one end of the drive chain being engaged with the drive gear and thereby being driven by the rotation of the drive gear; an operating point detection means for detecting the operating point of the motor and the operating point of a driven gear which is located on the opposite side of the drive gear and operated by the drive chain; a rotational position conversion means for converting, to a location shift of the drive chain, a rotation shift between the operating point of the motor and the operating point of the driven gear detected by the operating point detection means; and a comparison and determination means for detecting the condition of the drive chain by comparing the amount of the location shift converted by the rotational position conversion means with a preset reference value.
