Abstract:
A chain oiling device, comprising an oil storage barrel (1). The oil storage barrel is of a hollow shell structure with the upper end closed and the lower end opened. The lower end of the oil storage barrel is connected to an oil drainage barrel (2). The oil drainage barrel is of a hollow barrel-shaped structure with the upper and lower ends opened. The longitudinal section of the oil drainage barrel is circular with upper and lower notches, and the central angle corresponding to the upper and lower notches of the oil drainage barrel is 50-60°. The upper end of the oil drainage cylinder is connected to the lower end of the oil storage cylinder. An oil drainage chain wheel (3) is movably connected into the oil drainage cylinder and provided with six evenly-distributed sprockets (7). The top of the sprocket is in contact with an arc-shaped wall of the inner side of the oil drainage cylinder, and two sides of the oil drainage chain wheel are flat surfaces and are attached to the two corresponding flat surfaces of the inner side of the oil drainage cylinder. An oil inlet (5) is formed in one side wall of the oil storage barrel, and a pressure balance hole (6) is formed in the top of the oil storage barrel. According to the chain oiling device, lubricating oil is not excessive in the oiling process, splashing of the lubricating oil is avoided, and pollution to the ground and the ambient environment is avoided.
