Abstract:
The present invention relates to a chair having a squat function, wherein the chair is characterized by having a receiving part on which a user can sit and one or more fixed legs supporting the receiving part, and further comprises: a footrest that supports the soles of the user while the user is performing squats; a support member that supports the instep of a foot placed on the footrest and guides the user so that the user can easily perform squats; a setting means connected to the chair to variously set the positions of the footrest and the support member; and a fixing means for operating the setting means or firmly fixing the footrest and support member positioned by the setting means.
