Abstract:
A chair type massage apparatus having a convenient-to-use remote controller mounting table which does not obstruct a user, comprising a seat part (2), a back rest part (4), a massage mechanism (18) installed in the back rest part (4), arm rest parts (6) installed on both the right and left sides of the seat part (2), a remote controller (26) capable of operating the massage mechanism (18), a mounting table (27) for placing the remote controller (26) thereon and installed on the arm rest part (6) through a support member (28), and a guide mechanism (30) guiding the support member (28) so that the mounting table (27) can be changed between a storage attitude A where the mounting table (27) is positioned in a hollow part (15) and a use attitude B where the mounting table (27) is projected from the hollow part (15) in the forward lateral outer direction.
