Abstract:
The present invention reduces the discomfort experienced by a user when the user sits at a massage mechanism that can mechanically treat a site to be treated on the buttocks. This chair-type massager (1) comprises: a seat part (2); a seat part massage mechanism (5) that treats the buttocks of a user that has sat on the seat part (2); a seat part guide rail (7) that guides the seat part massage mechanism (5) in the front-rear direction; and a footrest part (4) that treats the legs of the user. The chair-type massager (1) is characterized in that: the seat part (2) is configured such that the footrest part (4) can be housed on the lower inside of the seat part (2); and the seat part guide rail (7) curves downward toward the rear to direct a rear end part of the footrest part (4) as housed on the lower inside of the seat part (2).
