A chair with a seat cushion moving forward and dropping simultaneously during backward leaning of a chair back. The chair comprises a chair frame (1), a seat cushion (2), a chassis bracket (3), and further comprises a front side link (4), a rear side link (5), an eccentric wheel (6) and a spring device, wherein the chair frame (1) serving as a stand and the seat cushion (2) serving as a connecting rod form a hinge four-link double-rocker mechanism together with the front side link (4) and the rear side link (5); the chair frame (1) is hinged with the front side link (4) by means of the eccentric wheel (6); the chassis bracket (3) is hinged with the chair frame (1) and the front side link (4); the spring device is arranged between the chassis bracket (3) and the chair frame (1). The gravity center of a user moves forward when the user leans backward because the seat cushion (2) moves forward and drops simultaneously when the chair frame (1) leans backward, and thus the stability and the sitting comfort of the chair are guaranteed.
