Abstract:

Disclosed is a changeable linear speed reduction clutch, which is constituted by means of connecting a changeable linear speed double-layer planet row and a brake, and is transmission machinery combined with functions of a reducer and a clutch. A planet carrier of the changeable linear speed double-layer planet row is taken as an input end; a central gear is taken as an output end, another central gear is taken as a braking end; and the braking end is directly connected to the brake; and the changeable linear speed double-layer planet row is one of two types of planet row. The brake at least has braking and non-braking states, wherein the braking state of the brake is equivalent to a clutch-combined state, and the non-braking state of the brake is equivalent to a clutch-disengaged state. An arrangement method for the changeable linear speed double-layer planet row, and a usage method are further provided in the present invention. Compared with a multi-level reducer and a clutch which are arranged independent from each other, the present invention has a simple structure, a small size and a light weight.
