Abstract:
A changing track swinging and rotating dust blower for knitting machine comprises an upright post (10), a motor (20), a rotating mechanism (30), the first swing dust removing mechanism (41) and the second swing dust removing mechanism (42), the first gas channel (51) and the second gas channel (52). The rotating mechanism (30) is driven by the motor (20) and rotates about the upright post (10). The first swing dust removing mechanism (41) and the second swing dust removing mechanism (42) are symmetrically arranged on the rotating mechanism (30). The first gas channel (51) and the second gas channel (52) are connected with the first swing dust removing mechanism (41) and the second swing dust removing mechanism (42) respectively and also connected with a gas source. The first swing dust removing mechanism (41) and the second swing dust removing mechanism (42) swing up and down along a changing track while rotating, and eject the compressed gas from the first gas channel (51) and the second gas channel (52) to blow the dust removing position of knitting machine to remove the dust. While removing dust, the dust blower not only rotates in the plane of the machine but also swings up and down along changing track at the dust removing position. The blower can clean the fluff inside or outside the saw cut, the yarn nozzle fixer, the yarn nozzle fitting and other parts of the knitting machine. The dust blower is compact and space-saving.
