Abstract:
A channel access method and system. According to access related parameters of an LTE system and a WLAN system, under a condition that network throughput is maximized and an access probability of the LTE system is equal to the access probability of the WLAN system, a first target optimum access probability of the LTE system and a second target optimum access probability of the WLAN system are calculated; by means of a random backoff method or a binary backoff method, the maximum value of a competition window of the LTE system is determined, and an optimum competition window list of the LTE system is formed by taking positive integers from 0 to the maximum value of the competition window; and a positive integer is determined, from the optimum competition window list of the LTE system, as an initial backoff window counter of the LTE system, and the LTE system carries out channel access. According to the present application, by optimizing an access probability and an initial backoff window counter of an LTE system, the fairness between the LTE system and a WLAN system on an unlicensed band can be ensured.
