Disclosed are a channel information acquiring method, sending method, acquiring device, and sending device, the channel information acquiring method comprising: receiving a number N of segment frames sent from a channel feedback station, wherein a number N of segment frames are filled with channel information of a number M of sub-carrier groups to be fed back which is cross-filled into a number N of segment frames, M is an integer greater than 1, N is an integer greater than or equal to 1, and the sub-carrier groups include one or more sub-carriers; acquiring the channel information of a number M of sub-carrier groups to be fed back in a number N of segment frames, the channel information being filled with the channel information of a number M of sub-carrier groups to be fed back. The technical solution can reduce the cost for retransmission segments of the network.
