Provided are a channel and signal transmission method, and a communication device, which fall within the technical field of communications. The channel and signal transmission method applied to a communication device of a sending end comprises: when at least two data transmission resources are transmitted, sending the data transmission resources according to at least one of quasi co-located (QCL) information of the data transmission resources and a pre-set rule, wherein the data transmission resource is at least one of a signal and a channel.
