Abstract:
Disclosed in the embodiments of the present application are a channel splitter, a storage control apparatus, a system on chip, and a terminal, belonging to the technical field of storage. The channel splitter (21) comprises: a splitting assembly (211) and N bit width conversion assemblies (212), the splitting assembly (211) being used for splitting a memory address into N memory channels, the bit width conversion assemblies (212) being used for performing bit width conversion on data input by the splitting assembly (211), the splitting assembly (211) comprising an address decoder (2111), the address decoder (2111) being used for performing memory address decoding, the address decoder (2111) supporting at least two working modes, and the decoding modes used by the address decoder (2111) in different working modes being different. By using the channel splitter provided by the embodiments of the present application, memory read-write bandwidth can be improved, thus meeting demands for power consumption and performance in different use scenarios.
