Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to assist with making restitution in some manner to a fee-paying party who receives insufficient value for monies paid out. Provided is a charge control device, comprising a control unit which executes a fee collection from a fee-paying party in relation to charging an electric vehicle on the basis of first information which identifies the fee-paying party, and a storage unit which stores second information relating to the fee-paying party, in the event that the charging has terminated prematurely after the fee collection has been executed.
