Title:
CHARGE DETECTION SENSOR AND POTENTIAL MEASURING SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/077814
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention improves sensitivity of a charge detection sensor wherein a plurality of electrodes are disposed in an array state, and a charge generated in a solution on the electrodes is detected. This charge detection sensor is provided with a plurality of detection electrodes that detect a charge by being disposed in an array form. The detection electrodes are insulated from each other by means of an insulating section. On the surfaces of the detection electrodes, a conductive particle group is film-formed. Consequently, three-dimensional electrodes are formed on the surfaces of the detection electrodes, thereby increasing the surface areas of the detection electrodes, and reducing resistance.
