Abstract:
Provided is a charge management system with which it is possible to manage whether or not the charging connector of a charger is connected to the power-receiving unit of an electric vehicle returned from a user. A charge management system (20) comprises an acquisition unit (231) and an assessment unit (236). The acquisition unit (231) acquires connecting state information that indicates whether or not the charging connector of the charger is connected to the power-receiving unit of the electric vehicle. The assessment unit (236) assesses whether or not returning of the electric vehicle from the user is completed, on the basis of whether or not the connecting state information acquired by the acquisition unit (231) indicates that the charging connector is connected to the power-receiving unit.
