Abstract:
It is possible to provide a charge pump circuit capable of reducing a noise in an
arbitrary input voltage without adding a noise filter. The charge pump circuit
has a mode for charging an output capacity (11) via a first current path when an
inputted clock signal is at a first logic level and a mode for charging an output
capacity (11) via a second current path when the inputted clock signal is at a second
logic level. The first current path and the second current path are arranged in
parallel to the output capacity (11).
