Abstract:
A charger testing system, comprising an LCD display screen, a master control circuit, an LCD control circuit, a power supply circuit, and a testing voltage supply circuit. The testing system is connected to a charger circuit board by means of a wire or a test pin; the master control circuit is connected to the LCD control circuit and the power supply circuit. The testing voltage supply circuit supplies multiple stable voltages and loads the voltages to a battery port of the charger circuit board; the charger circuit board detects voltage values, reads the voltage values, and sends data to the master control circuit of the testing system after calculation, wherein the data is used for evaluating the voltage deviation of the charger circuit board; the master control circuit converts the data into an actual battery cut-off voltage value and displays the actual battery cut-off voltage value on the LCD display screen. During the production of a charger, the charger testing system can conveniently and easily test parameters of the charger, thereby facilitating adjustments on the production of the charger. The solution can be easily implemented and facilitates production and promotion.
