Abstract:
A charging base identification method and a mobile robot. The mobile robot comprises an infrared photographing module (112). The method comprises: obtaining an image captured by the infrared photographing module (S201); determining an image region of a charging base to be identified from the image according to a preset charging base image feature (S202); and determining position information of the charging base to be identified according to the determined image region (S203), wherein the charging base to be identified can emit infrared light. The method can improve the success rate of identifying a charging base.
